Refund & Return Policy

Replacements for Damaged or Defective Items:

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a replacement instead.

To be eligible for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of the item being delivered.

  • The item must have been purchased with Protected Shipping.

To file a claim, please contact us through the "Contact Us" page. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number.
  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Images clearly showing the defective or damaged product.

Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

 

Returns:
We do not accept returns for any reason.

Shipping Issues:
We are not responsible for carriers delivering items to an incorrect address. Orders are shipped directly to the address provided during checkout.

Order Cancellation:
Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed for shipment. Due to this, we cannot cancel or modify the shipment. All sales are final.
